Article 1 - Parties to the Contract

Article 2 - Purpose of the Contract The purpose of this contract is the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Law No. 29188, relating to the sale and delivery of goods/services that the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website, and that they have the qualities mentioned in the contract and whose sale price is also specified in the contract. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Regulations. The buyer, the basic characteristics of the goods/services being sold, the sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc. He/she agrees and declares that he/she is aware of all the preliminary information and the right of "withdrawal" regarding the goods/services subject to sale, confirms this preliminary information electronically and then orders the goods/services in accordance with the provisions of this contract. The preliminary information and the invoice on the payment page of this site are integral parts of this contract.

Article 5 - Shipping and execution costs Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Article 6 - Payment at the door fee The payment at the door is a payment option provided by the shipping company. This service fee belongs to the freight company and cannot be refunded in case of product return. Goods/services received will be considered intact and undamaged. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. In case the corresponding bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the goods/services to the seller due to the unfair or illegal use of the buyer's credit card after the delivery of the goods/services by unauthorized persons, that is not due to the fault of the buyer, the Buyer will pay for the goods/services 3 (Three) and is obliged to send it to the seller within the same day. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Article 8 - Seller's Declarations and Commitments The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the goods/services object of the contract in a healthy, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any. If the goods/services covered by the contract are to be delivered to another person/organization by the buyer, the seller cannot be held liable if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept delivery. The seller returns the cost of the goods/services and the documents of value, if any, within 10 (ten) days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Goods/services are returned withinthe 20 (twenty) days. For justified reasons, the seller can supply the buyer with the same quality and price before the expiration of the contractual performance period. If the seller believes that the execution of the goods / services has become impossible, he notifies the buyer before the period of execution of the contract expires. The price paid and the documents, if any, are returned within 10 (ten) days. Defective goods/services or defective goods/services sold with or without a warranty certificate may be sent to the seller for necessary repair within the warranty conditions, in which case the shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
Article 9 - Characteristics of the Goods or Services Subject to the Agreement The type and type of good/service, quantity, brand/model, color and sale price including all taxes are those established in the information of the promotion page of the good/service on the website and on the invoice, which is considered an integral part of this contract.
Article 10 - Cash price of the goods or services The cash price of the goods/services is included in the invoice sent to the customer together with the invoice model sent at the end of the order and the product .
Article 11 - Installment price The price of the goods/services according to the due date is included in the invoice sent to the customer together with the sample invoice sent at the end of the order and the product.< /p>
Article 12 - The interest cannot be higher than the interest rate determined each year and in any case 30%. The buyer is responsible to the bank to work.
Article 13 - Amount of the initial payment The amount of the initial payment of the goods/services is included in the invoice sent to the customer together with the sample invoice sent at the end of the order and the product.
Article 14 - Payment plan If the buyer makes purchases by credit card or in installments, the payment method chosen on the site is valid. In installment transactions, the relevant provisions of the contract signed between the buyer and the cardholder bank are valid. The credit card payment date is determined by the terms of the contract between the bank and the buyer. The buyer can also track the number of installments and payments from the bank statement sent by the bank.
Article 15 - Right of withdrawal The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contractual goods/services to himself or to the person/organization in the indicated address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller's customer service must be notified by email or telephone within the same period, and the goods / services must not be used within the framework of the provisions of article 15 and in accordance with the preliminary information published on the website, which is an integral part of this contract. In case of exercising this right, it is mandatory to return the original invoice of the goods/services delivered to the third party or to the buyer. Within 7 days of receipt of the notification about the right of withdrawal, the cost of the goods/services is returned to the buyer and the goods/services are returned within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the buyer. The shipping costs of the goods/services returned due to the right of withdrawal will be borne by the seller.
Article 16 - The Goods and Services for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised are goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and expire, disposable goods/services, hygienic goods/services, clothing/night services, any software and programs that can be copied. Likewise, to exercise the right of withdrawal in all kinds of software and programs, various media (DVD, CD, etc.), computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) and cosmetics, the packaging of the goods /services must be unopened, intact and unused.
Article 17 - Status of Default and its Legal Consequences In the event that the buyer defaults on his credit card transactions, the cardholder will pay interest under the credit card contract entered into with him by the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank can take legal action; may claim costs and legal fees from the buyer, and in any case, if the buyer does notcomplies with its debt, the buyer agrees to pay the seller's damages for the delay in complying with the debt.
Article 18 - Qualified Court In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Consumer Courts above the indicated value; The Civil Courts of First Instance are enabled in the places that are not.
