Article 2 - Purpose of the Contract The purpose of this contract is the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Law No. 29188, relating to the sale and delivery of goods/services that the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website, and that they have the qualities mentioned in the contract and whose sale price is also specified in the contract. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Regulations. The buyer, the basic characteristics of the goods/services being sold, the sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc. He/she agrees and declares that he/she is aware of all the preliminary information and the right of "withdrawal" regarding the goods/services subject to sale, confirms this preliminary information electronically and then orders the goods/services in accordance with the provisions of this contract. The preliminary information and the invoice on the payment page of this site are integral parts of this contract.

Article 5 - Shipping and execution costs Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Article 8 - Seller's Declarations and Commitments The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the goods/services object of the contract in a healthy, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any. If the goods/services covered by the contract are to be delivered to another person/organization by the buyer, the seller cannot be held liable if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept delivery. The seller returns the cost of the goods/services and the documents of value, if any, within 10 (ten) days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Goods/services are returned within 20 (twenty) days. For justified reasons, the seller can supply the buyer with the same quality and price before the contract execution period expires.tual. Article 14 - Payment plan If the buyer makes purchases by credit card or in installments, the payment method chosen on the site is valid. Article 15 - Right of withdrawal The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contractual goods/services to himself or to the person/organization in the indicated address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller's customer service must be notified by email or telephone within the same period, and the goods / services must not be used within the framework of the provisions of article 15 and in accordance with the preliminary information published on the website, which is an integral part of this contract. In case of exercising this right, it is mandatory to return the original invoice of the goods/services delivered to the third party or to the buyer. Within 7 days of receipt of the notification about the right of withdrawal, the cost of the goods/services is returned to the buyer and the goods/services are returned within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the buyer. The shipping costs of the goods/services returned due to the right of withdrawal will be borne by the seller.
Article 16 - The Goods and Services for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised are goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and expire, disposable goods/services, hygienic goods/services, clothing/night services, any software and programs that can be copied. Likewise, to exercise the right of withdrawal in all kinds of software and programs, various media (DVD, CD, etc.), computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) and cosmetics, the packaging of the goods /services must be unopened, intact and unused.
Article 17 - Status of Default and its Legal Consequences In the event that the buyer defaults on his credit card transactions, the cardholder will pay interest under the credit card contract entered into with him by the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank can take legal action; may claim costs and attorney's fees from the buyer, and in any case, if the buyer does not comply with its debt, the buyer agrees to pay the seller's damages for the delay in complying with the debt.
Article 18 - Qualified Court In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Consumer Courts above the indicated value; The Civil Courts of First Instance are enabled in places that are not found.
